2. EXTRACT SUSPECT MATERIAL INTO LABELED BAG USING BLADE OR A GOUGING TOOL
3. RECORD SAMPLE LOCATION AND TYPE
4. REPEAT THE PROCESS FOR ALL SAMPLES
5. DOUBLE BAG SAMPLES AS SHOWN
6. ENCLOSE SAMPLE PACKAGE AND INFO SHEET IN LABELLED ENVELOPE
7. SUBMIT ORDER INFO AS SHOWN
